Q: Is shipping free?

A: Yes, shipping is free on all products. 

 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently only ship to the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

 

Q: Do you offer faster/expedited shipping?

A: At the moment Kitschen only offers ground shipping. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return any unopened, brand new product within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be in their original factory condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards. If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Kitschen will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund once the item is received. For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
